Melonheadz rocks!

I just adore Nikki over at Melonheadz. She has adorable images and even takes requests! She has a fabulous store and gives away a lot of digis. If you haven't been there in the last few days you have missed her free take on the 'red riding hood' series. But do not worry, she bundled them up and is selling them in her store (lucky you!!)

Animal Applause-caterpillar

I was inspired to make this cute card for my daughter. This morning she jumped into my bed and gave me a big hug. But, she would not let go. "Sing mommy, sing." is what she said. Our favourite song to sing is 'you are my sunshine'. This song totally reflects how I feel about her, she (much like her daddy) can make me giggle even if I have tears streaming down my face. She truly is my sunshine :) Anywho, enough about the sappy stuff-lol. The challenge at Stamping Vacation is Animal Applause-use any animal associated with a cocoon. Here is my card:

Animal Applause -Stamping Vacation Challenge

Told you I was busy crafting today! I came across a website called melonheadz that gives away free digis. She has some adorable images. This octopus is from her blog. When I first saw it, I thought awww how cute is that? When my hubbie saw it it said " Um, does that really make sense?" I don't know how she did her math, but I love Drew Barrymore so who cares? lol. I am entering this card into the Stamping Vacation Animal Applause Challenge-to use any animal that appears to have arms
